United Brothers Jewelry began with a dream shared by four brothers—Roman, Gabriel, Israel N, and Israel M, who immigrated to the United States from the Soviet Union in 1980. Armed with determination and a deep passion for their craft, they founded UBJ in 1990.
From modest beginnings, the brothers quickly made their mark. By 1996, UBJ was manufacturing over 1,000 units in partnership with major wholesalers. In 2001, the company took a bold leap forward—becoming a direct supplier to some of the nation’s largest retail chains, including Fred Meyer, Signet, Zales, Rogers & Hollands, JCPenney, and Sam’s Club.
